This beautiful Northwest Oklahoma City neighborhood has large trees, winding streets, diverse residents and unique homes. Quail Creek is easily accessible from Hefner Parkway, Broadway Extension and Kilpatrick Turnpike. Here you will find lakefront homes, and golf course homes in the heart of the City. Also, close proximity to businesses, retail shops, hospitals, shopping malls and banks.
As one of the largest, most established neighborhoods, Quail Creek has various sizes of homes and a strong sense of community. Some homes have remained with original styles, others have been remodeled due to Quail Creek's unique and famous architecture as well as its mid -century modern style, others have been demolished for new construction. The neighborhood was developed in 1960's with some areas actually completed as late as 1990s.
Quail Creek residents are fortunate to have both an award winning Elementary School, Quail Creek Elementary and the stunning Quail Creek Park. Quail Creek Golf and Country Club, located within walking distance or golf cart ride by many is a private club available to its members.

Quail Creek covers the area from May Avenue to Hefner Parkway and from Hefner Road to Memorial Road in Oklahoma City. "South Quail", as homes are referred to on the south side of 122nd St. offers homes near the Quail Creek Elementary School and Quail Creek Park. "North Quail Creek", refers to homes on the North side of 122nd where families enjoy being located near the Quail Creek Golf and Country Club and many of the homes are on the golf course.

The Quail Creek community boasts community events including one of the best Fourth of July Parades. There is a very active Home Owner's Association and fun events occur year round.
The Quail Creek Golf and Country Club offers dining, social events, tennis, golf, a fitness center and pool and was established in 1961. The club offers simple elegance with contemporary, yet mid-century modern flair.

QC Club

Quail Creek Golf and Country Club offers fun and exciting events year-round, including food, social, live entertainment and dancing for members and their families.
Monthly and annual social events include Daddy Daughter Dance, Mothers Day Brunch, Easter Egg Hunt, Memorial Day/Labor Day Pool Parties. Golf tournaments as well as the fitness center are a big hit and well attended.

Browne Lake

Beautiful homes surround this tranquil water. Paddle boats and views to remember! Children are playing and exploring in the area and homeowners enjoy their lakefront property. Imagine the ducks swimming and the birds chirping. Those walking or jogging by can take a moment to relax on the park bench and take in the sights.

Elementary School

At Quail Creek Elementary parents walk their children to school stopping to wave at their friends. On the way home they greet their children with wide open arms and are often accompanied by their dogs. At recess time you can hear the children laughing as they play.
Quail Creek Elementary School is a star among the Oklahoma City School District and creates a passion for learning within a vibrant community. The school inspires children to be the best they can be and has contributed to the success of many students.
The Quail Creek School has added new buildings in recent years! The playground and turf are new to the school as well and have been a wonderful addition for the children. The convenient school location allows easy access from both May Avenue, Hefner and 122nd in Oklahoma City.
Quail Creek Elementary School is an Oklahoma City Public School and is considered Home of the Crusaders!
The school sign changes frequently and is used to promote school events and happenings. Frequently it will announce a Happy Birthday to a student or congratulations to someone recognized in the community!

Quail Creek Park

At almost any time of day you can see children of all ages, neighbors, or dog walkers at the Quail Creek Park. The white bridge shown above crosses the creek and allows access from the park to the neighboring homes.
The park is newer, nice and clean with benches and picnic tables. You will find plenty of shade because of the trees and the gazebo. Additionally, the playground equipment for the children is exceptional.
The park has been a part of the neighborhood Fourth of July Parade for many years and home to monthly music in the park during the summer months. Moms groups, exercise groups and meetings often take place in the park. The park is a beautiful location for a jog, a stroll or walking dogs. Most children growing up in the community have held at least one of their birthday parties in the park!


The Quail Creek Park was dedicated to one of the neighborhood's beloved community leader who organized the annual 4th Of July Parade where residents dressed in red, white and blue proceed through the neighborhood in bikes and various vehicles and arrive at the end to enjoy a picnic, band and other fun activities at the park. She was devoted to multiple organizations but loved her neighbors and viewed Quail Creek Park as tremendously important to family and friends as a place to gather.
